Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags still attached.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance.
  • Underwear, socks, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click "Request Return" and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Alternatively, contact us directly via phone at +234 81759 60804.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange eligible items. Stock availability cannot be guaranteed, so we recommend initiating an exchange as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or as wallet credit (your choice).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and replacement at no extra cost to you.
